1. About This Site

ApeMerch.com is an independent, community-run archive and reference for Bored Ape Yacht Club (BAYC) and related-collection merchandise. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Yuga Labs, BAYC, or any trademark owner referenced on this site. All product names, logos, and brands are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to create an account. Accounts are created by signing in with X (Twitter). You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your X credentials secure.

3. User Content

Signed-in members can submit content such as closet entries, wishlist items, and collector notes. You retain ownership of content you submit, but you grant ApeMerch.com a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, and distribute that content as part of operating the site.

You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, abusive, or that misrepresents the authenticity, ownership, or condition of an item. We may remove content and/or suspend accounts at our discretion.

4. Pricing & Sales Comparables

Sales comparables ("comps"), price statistics, and marketplace links are provided for informational purposes only. Prices come from third-party marketplaces and may be inaccurate, outdated, or exclude fees, taxes, and shipping. ApeMerch.com does not guarantee any price, availability, or transaction outcome.

5. Third-Party Marketplaces

The archive links to third-party stores and marketplaces, such as the official BAYC store, BAYC P2P, StockX, and eBay. ApeMerch.com is not a party to any purchase made there, does not handle payment, and does not act as a broker, escrow agent, or marketplace. Buyers and sellers transact at their own risk and are solely responsible for verifying authenticity, condition, payment, and delivery.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Scrape, harvest, or systematically copy data or images from the site.
  • Bulk-download the archive's photos, or republish its photos or data commercially.
  • Reverse-engineer, probe, or attack the site's infrastructure.
  • Submit malware, exploits, or automated abuse.

Sharing links to individual pages with other collectors is always welcome.
